Sponsor-Student Picnic

Last Saturday, the EDM residents who have sponsored high school students who live in Barron got together for a picnic in the primary school courtyard. Three students’ mothers prepared delicious machaca, chicken & poblano tacos and fried fish with fresh fruit and beans & rice. Our scholarship donors were able to get to know their scholarship students and their families as they enjoyed lunch. Each exchanged email addresses to ensure continuation of personal correspondence into the future.
