For the scrappy team from Mazatlán, Iker Sanchez was a standout. Even with his five home runs, Iker’s team lost to Los Mochis 23-20 in the semifinal. The team finished fourth overall. Iker’s father, Pedro, would like to thank everyone at EDM who contributed to the fund to keep Iker in the game.
